    I think I have the same problem. The phone number becomes invalid when the system automatically ads an incorrect country code to it, which can't be deleted, comes back upon save. Am unable to validate the phone number this way, since the validation text message can't get delivered. At the same time, I keep getting the welcome message that my phone number still needs validating. This is so annoying.
