An error occurred while saving the commentBlondie SL commented
I sent in a complaint about this exactly matter (Jun2018).
The response I got back was:
"Online you'll see the cost as $34.99. However, it does not take into consideration the discount code applied to your account. Therefore, you would have renewed this year at the $19.99 rate."
I replied to that email stating that the screen must show that. With it nowhere to be seen, there's no way at all for us to know that there is a discount!
I'm ok with paying $19.99, but not a 75% increase!
Now seeing this forum, it's clear that lots of people are cancelling their Mail Pro.
Even if I go back into the account, there's now no way to renew it on the account page!!! It just states that it's cancelled.
COME ON YAHOO! Fix this problem to not annoy and lose paying customers!Blondie SL supported this idea ·
