  3. entering e-mail addresses has to be done one at a time now. i used to be able to enter a letter and i would get all the addresses associated

    INSTEAD OF CHECKING WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS YOU JUST CHANGE THINGS AND THINK WE WILLA CCEPT YOUR CHANGES, YOUR PEOPLE COULD DO MUCH BETTER IN ANOTHER FIELD, THEY SURE DO NOT KNOW WHAT THE CUSTOMER WANTS.
