INSTEAD OF CHECKING WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS YOU JUST CHANGE THINGS AND THINK WE WILLA CCEPT YOUR CHANGES, YOUR PEOPLE COULD DO MUCH BETTER IN ANOTHER FIELD, THEY SURE DO NOT KNOW WHAT THE CUSTOMER WANTS.

i am amazed how many people hate your new mail and have asked to go back to the classic email, including me. also having Yahoo put words into my email messages that I do not type. How many complaints do you need before you do something about this. I think there enough complaints that you should do something.
