    By default, SportsReel takes your regional teams if you are not logged in or have not specified your favorite teams. To specify your favorite teams, log in, and go to Settings, which is the gear icon in the top right corner of the main nav bar on the Yahoo Sports site. Once you have done this, you can choose your favorite teams and they will be used to personalize your SportsReel.
