    I absolutely hate the fact that you force changes down our throats for your personal benefit. I was once a happy Yahoo user but no longer. I HATE the fact that you took away my comfort zone and I will always resent Yahoo for doing so. Furthermore your heavy handed attempts to block any kind of negative feedback has only served to increase my hatred for Yahoo. Because you were too greedy and too cynical you changed me from a happy customer to a hater of Yahoo. And I honestly believe that millions of people agree with me.
