    I agree. I have updated my account details but spam now appears everywhere in my mailbox, and I could not find a way to get to your Accounts department to sort out the issue. I used a paid subscription so spam and ads should not appear in my mailbox and should be filtered. What's the point of subscribing to a paid free ad service? Mind you I have been charged already. I am worried that if I click Go Ad Free again I will be double charged. I come from outside the US and bot help is not effective.I have lodged multiple comments and messages to many other Yahoo mail portals but no one has gotten back to me, no one ever confirmed of my concern.the 24x7 subscriber tech support does not work, it's not even a link. Disappointing. Those who are considering shifting to paid Ad free version, I would consider this issue first.
