There is literally no way to unblock an email address which has been blocked through Yahoo! Mail right now. I am using an iPhone 8 plus, I typically use Yahoo! Mail through the Mail app of my iPhone 8+. Yeah who has a feature where you can say that you never want to hear from a certain email address to send her again. Essentially blocking them. I did that for one person, but now I want to undo it. The problem is there is simply no way whatsoever across the entire Internet that enables you to do this. I went to your informational help page which is supposed to explain how to unblock emails, but your own help information website is literally incorrect. The information is incorrect and probably outdated. Yeah who has a feature where you can say that you never want to hear from a certain email address to send her again. Essentially blocking them. Your health information website which is supposed to explain how to unblock email addresses says that you’re supposed to go into settings and then open the tab in Settings that is called “privacy and security,” but there is no *** tap. That tab does not exist it’s nowhere to be found. I have used your app through the App Store, I have used a web browser, and I have tried to use Yahoo! Mail through my iPhone email app. All of these have completely failed, because this feature simply does not exist in your mail service anymore. At least be honest about it and say on your website it is not possible to unblock people. You have no IT support no tech support no help service no phone number no email which we can ask for help, you have nothing. I shouldn’t have to pay you in order to help me figure out information that should just be correct on your FAQ website. But your own website is incorrect and your email service on iOS, your Yahoo! Mail app, and on web browser are all simultaneously synonymously missing the ability to unblock people. This person is not one of my contacts it is just an email sender from a website. But it has completely sealed me off from unblocking this website email, because it’s the only way I can get my password reset, to Facebook, I did was just trying to reduce the amount of spam that Facebook sends to my email address. I was getting 10 emails every day from Facebook. But now because you do not let me unblock any emails whatsoever, I can’t get my Facebook account back.

What I need Is the ability to unblock any email address and to find exactly all of the email addresses in particular and specifically, which I have ever blocked through the iOS mail workflow, or through the app, or through the web browser. Anyone who am I am not going to see or who is going to be filtered out to, I need to be able to see who that is and get all those emails back.

Or, please use your corporate power to speak to Facebook to get them to help me and get me some IT support because they don’t have any IT support either because both of you have the same policy that you simply do not intend to help your customers with any IT support or human contact.

I am genuinely basing my decision of whether or not I will continue to use Yahoo at all whatsoever, on whether or not you help me with this issue. I will be so happy to choose a different email service aside from yours, if you don’t help me.
