I have a similar situation. My location is Wisconsin, USA: preferred language: English USA. After a call to your help number and a a couple of days time the page returned to English USA and just today has reverted back to English "Dubai"? en-toob or some such. What in the **** gives here. Seems I might have been hacked. How can this be corrected once and for all?
