   The mobile app hangs the browser on an unusable page unless the page has a link to a non Yahoo site - If it does you can go to that site minimise the page and kill it then open some other page in the browser history. You have still lost the Yahoo web page you started from!

2. The X does not close the app. The app is on my phone and when I open safari and go to yahoo, the app opens and asks me to download the app.
