We do appreciate all the feedback we receive, and we do listen to the feedback from our users on this Suggestion Board. Our Product Group checks each post on a regular basis.
With regards to the auto-play feature, you can turn this feature off. You’ll want to click on the menu icon when hovering your mouse over the video. Then use your mouse scroll wheel to see the bottom of the feature list, and click Preferences under Settings. Turn Autoplay Off, and click on the X in the top-right corner to close out of the options menu.

I am telling you it only works on that video at that time..I exit the browser program and the next time I open the browser up the videos auto play again.. I am absolutely appalled that I do not have the choice to have videos auto play.. I should not have to have a home page I log into so you can track all of my surfing.. I pay for the use of the internet and yet I am bombarded with nothing but advertising to fill some sort of greed issue.. I do not want to have videos auto play period and I will never have a logged in browser.. So just because you are selling commercials that auto play does not mean I like them.. I actually am appalled that I pay to use the internet and yet I am forced to have ads auto play. There is no reason for an auto play anything on the net.. It is done for total greed and nothing more it is not a necessity.. Forcing me to have to log in to have the internet have a memory of my choices are nothing more than bullying the consumer to provide yahoo with logistical info and I am not being paid from Yahoo for the information being gathered about me.. Every thing I do is my intellectual property and you have no right to it.. I am frustrated that yahoo thinks it has the right to forcefully crash my computer.. I may open up 5 browser tabs and everyone of them start auto playing video with sound what the heck do you think is going to happen??? What happens when your sound system is trying to put different type of video sounds at the same time??? This is done on purpose by Yahoo and Yahoo fully knows the consequences of this type of action.. I want it stopped period dont care if it costs Yahoo cash I pay for the internet and I do not want the browsers to auto play videos.. Period no exceptions.. I want it stopped.. I pay for the internet just to be able to use it.. Now I am forced to have only one page open and I have to kill the auto play videos every time I change a browser page.. the method you described on changes the video I change the settings on.. The next page new video and walla auto play working... So don't tell me dumb **** like I am dumb.. Fix the Problem as I can not because I am not logging in so you can track my every movement. . I pay for the internet and have to put up with this type of BS all the way because You wont change it.. It is all about you forcing me to log in so you can track my movements.. I will never log in and will fight this through all the government channels I can find even go to my congressman and have the laws changed If I have too.. You do not have my permission to collect my data as it is my intellectual property... You do not have my permission to make money off of me without my consent.. You use my data to make money and I want reimbursed for the cash you made off of me.. I am not your employee and my data is my data no matter what it is for.. So stop the auto play of videos period...
