    Yeah! I booked plane reservations yesterday. No confirmation email has been sent, and I have requested one more than once. It's impossible to check if I'm really booked as "my travel" doesn't exist anymore and you guys won't confirm my reservation. What the heck? Ability to give feedback or get help is close to zero from you!
