    I can't get into my email. I have changed my password but it still won't let me in.
    Moreover I've downloaded your app and it's now cleared out my account completely.
    No I am not relaxed and basking with an empty account. I am furious. Where has all my personal folders, emails etc disappeared to. I want them back.
    I have been a customer for more than 25 years and this is the worst service I have ever had.
