    Still sucks. I've been fighting with the site for about an hour. Spent another 15 minutes or more on hold with the Yahoo Travel phone number mentioned and the call just disconnected. I can't believe how unhelpful this company has become. They act like a few little help articles that cover extremely basic things will be all anyone could ever need for assistance. And then they don't want you to ask them for help, they want you to go into forums and ask everyone else except Yahoo for help. I've used Yahoo for years and years for all my plane tickets, but not any more.
