    I am having the same problem. yesterday i was on the phone with 4 different representatives for over 4 hours and didn't solve my problem I was so frustrated, angry and even tried this morning and again didn't get anywhere. All i want is to change my cell phone number to my new one and can't believe the hassle I have been put thru well if that wasn't bad enough i now can't get my e mail. so, what do I do? My e-mail address is wilcoxhp@yahoo.com
