    Due to a total crash, I have upgraded to Outlook 2021, now I can't get to my, almost a gig, of previous communications!!
    I have researched other providers but am holding on as I have had this email address for almost 20 years and old clients would surely be lost if I moved to another provider.
    HELP!!!!
