    I have same issue it keeps showing me in Puerto Rico when I am in Compton Ca. And changed to Spanish. I ask for help at store and told not network its yahoo issue. What can I do to fix it I already changed phones and it was ok but now back to same as before why. I want to visit another country but I am not there yet. Help
