    I have noticed my year of birth different than the actual. I cannot change the record on my end, I called to have an account specialist assist me, and that was undoable. So there is NO WAY To correct the user account profile information except Gender??? that is the most ridiculous thing when you have vast numbers of ways to do verifications (multi-authenication processes) to complete this task. I find this unacceptable and outrageous that I cannot change my own profile information.
