    With 6-man rotations and most pitchers barely making it into the 6th inning, pitcher streaming in h2h leagues is out of control.. Max innings per week would solve the problem. It would be some number where if you had a deep pitching staff and they all threw complete games, then you'd be fine (somewhere around 60 innings). We have limited the moves per week but can only do so much there (we are down to 4 now.. and people still clamor for more). We also use waivers and put players on waivers for 6 days. We have thought about instituting the season max moves (like 50 or 60 or something that comes out to like 3 per week..). Bottom line, if we had a max IP per week, that would be the best and most fair solution across the board.
