    Since this email program was rebuilt and redesigned, none of my previous Email folders containing important correspondence had been wiped. I find this out on the day that I had prepared for already using the previous Yahoo mail platform. What a very unfortunate situation I was put in to find all.of my previous emails had vanished, not in Archives, Sent....nowhere.

    This has created massive consequences and completely unforeseen. Your QA time didn't flag that existing email content wasn't being carried over to the new email interface, that's seems to be a massive bug that should have been rectified prior to launching the new redesign.

    Very disappointed in Yahoo, this was sloppy work.
