    This is happening to me and my friend, a delay of 1 hour is unacceptable, I should be capable of rectifying the problem ASAP, I cannot talk or contact someone from Yahoo about this problem......no customer service ........why is this so?
    It is so frustrating to be unable to contact anyone! as your support page places me in a circle of repeatability taking me back to the support page again.
    If this problem resurfaces I think it might be time to leave yahoo mail and go to google mail.
    enough is enough!
