I am a Cox customer who was transitioned over to Yahoo mail through no choice of my own. We were given a telephone number to get in touch with yahoo if we have trouble. Well, I have. Been trying since the 21st of March to get someone to help and the phone is never answered. I have been 9 days without my emails and that is unacceptable!!!!!! I have missed emails from my doctor and notifications for physical therapy and for my patient portal. When I someone going to answer the phone????? I also receive notifications when bills are due!!! I ask getting none of these!!!!!
