    Go back to "Classic mail". The new format has NO FLEXIBILITY!! I wanted to pull up contacts and got my phone list. Your whole new idea is terrible and not customer friendly, easily used, and in general sucks big time. Fire the idiot who thought it up and go back to Classic Mail, PLEASE !!

    This new format sucks big time!! It doesn't have the features "Classic" provided. No way to go to weather, forwarding an email is impossible by comparison, and, in general, everything about it is terrible. PLEASE resolve this ASAP. I WANT CLASSIC BACK and don't like being switched to this **** without a voice or vote of change.

  2. I do not like this new format. It is difficult to read. I prefer the blue background.
