    Took my money to get me technical support to get information from my old email. Get into my email and there is no history then the guy explains that it was deleted. He explained AFTER taking my money when I told him upfront that it had been a 1 1/2-3 years since I’ve accessed it. They transfer me to get a refund. They said they can’t refund me because I now have access to my account and that’s what I paid for.
