By forcing me to learn another email format, you make it obvious that you are not responsive to your customers. Since I would have to learn a cheap gmail clone, I might as well instead learn the actual gmail client. Therefore, I have spent the last week moving all my accounts to a new default gmail account. I would not have done this - it is quite a hassle - but this experience has shown me that Yahoo is NOT REPONSIVE TO THE CUSTOMER. I might as well use another client and hope they are more responsive.
I have sent many feedback messages and they were all ignored. Whoever made the decision to alienate your customer base should think about New Coke.
