I am extremely disappointed with the new Yahoo Mail interface. I expected the update to be simpler and more user-friendly, but instead, it has become a frustrating experience. The previous version was already perfect, and this new one is a significant downgrade.
The search function, for example, is completely unreliable. Instead of finding the specific email I’m looking for, it returns a bunch of unrelated results. It feels like this feature wasn’t properly tested before being rolled out.
What’s worse is that, as users, we have no choice but to use this new version, which feels like a forced change. It’s incredibly frustrating and, frankly, ridiculous. I hope Yahoo takes this feedback seriously and works to fix these issues quickly.

It’s frustrating that there’s no way to go back to my old setup. You’re making it really difficult for those of us managing 50 different businesses. It would be better if you created a demo first and let us decide if we’re happy with it before we commit to the new portal.

I’m really frustrated with the changes. Yesterday, I got my old Yahoo format back, but now it’s switched again to this confusing new format. Please revert to the old, simple, and easy-to-use layout. The new format requires extra steps to do things, like needing to click an arrow to see the next page, which makes my tasks take longer and more complicated than before. It was much easier and faster before. Please bring it back!
