No idea here. Just a complaint:
Your new email version is no longer useful to me. The magnifying glass function was the reason I stayed so long. The new unsub could have made it worthwhile for me to stay, but the emails I wish to unsubscribe from don't have that option. It's Useless! You had to know that removing the magnifying glass would cause user distress. But you did it anyway. It will be very inconvenient for me, but I will will begin the search a better email service that prioritizes its customers over its shareholders. Or whatever dumb reason you changed for. Terrible decision, Yahoo. I've been a customer since 1998. I hate all other services, Microsoft, Gmail etc... You ruined a good thing.
I'm so tired of corporate BS! The day is coming. Customers will matter again. That is where I will take my business.
