    Dear Yahoo Mail Support Team,

    I appreciate your continued efforts to improve the Yahoo Mail experience. However, I find the recent upgrade to the new email interface a bit confusing—particularly the way read and unread emails are displayed. The current system, where unread emails stay white and read emails turn gray, makes it harder for me to manage my inbox efficiently compared to the previous, more classical design.

    I kindly request that you consider offering users the ability to switch between the new and classic versions, so each person can choose what works best for them. Providing this option would go a long way in supporting users with different preferences and habits.
