    I hate the look of the new mail interface and you have removed the option for me to go back to the classic look. Why would you do something like that and make a satisfied customer dissatisfied? So many people online saying the same thing. I guess you are trying to dump users? If not, please be responsive to what your customers want. You took something that was really good and made it really bad. Why?
