   Dear Yahoo,

   Your "New Yahoo Mail" is NOT user friendly for me. Maybe it's because I'm over 80 & frankly don't like change after I get use to a product. Since switching to your new format, I've had it freeze numerous times where I had to turn off my computer & restart; it's a pain in you know what!
