    As Guillotine Leagues get down to the final few teams, it is entirely possible for a team to be comprised entirely of players on the Can't Cut List, which eliminates manager agency, and thus, fun. I assume the Can't Cut List is well-intentioned to prevent managers who have given up on the year from creating imbalance in the league with a drop or two that results in an unfair outcome, but this problem is minimized greatly in Guillotine leagues.

    I propose to either eliminate it entirely or to gradually pare it down as the Guillotine league approaches the final few weeks of the fantasy football season.
