    Does using a "Can't Cut List" for Guillotine leagues make any sense, particularly late in the season? We're down to three teams left and I'd like to drop Kyren Williams to pick up Tyler Warren to block the team that needs help at TE from picking him up for nothing and I can't because Kyren is on the "Can't Cut List". I ran into this one other time over the course of the Guillotine season. The whole point of Guillotine is that high quality players are regularly "cut" each week...
