    In public Guillotine Leagues the Can’t cut list should be removed or reduced at some point. The can’t cut list recommends its for leagues of 10 or more. Week 1 guillotine leagues are down to 6 teams and continuing to reduce. The can’t cut list removes a manager’s flexibility to update their roster at this point
