    I keep an old email I don't really need in my inbox just for that reason. Even though when I check my email on my phone I don't have the videos but once in a while I check it on my laptop and I can't stand those videos. Hope this helps.

    If you're using firefox get ad block plus. I never use firefox without it. no annoying ads and it's free. i'm not sure if they have something similiar for chrome or microsoft edge as i've never used them. hope this helps.
