    Perhaps try ^GC=F instead?

I wish they'd get rid of the bogus names, or redirect them, print a warning, or something. If you've come back here to see if there are any updates, you might want to know that you can/should use these symbols instead: ^VIX and ^VIX3M

I've been really really wanting this. To get the per-candle, I have to slide the chart all the way to the left and pick it off a candle at a time. Lots of manual work. Having a per-candle % is better 99% of the time for me than the arbitrary "whatever scale is on the screen now" range for a percent change.

Hi! Another Yahoo Finance user here. If I may suggest:
    Use ^GSPC instead.

I forget what the G stands for, but SPC stands for S&P Composite. Hope this helps!

    P L E A S E !

It isn't bothering me (at a human level) that the videos auto-play with no sound. What's bothering me is that you're eating against my bandwidth cap. So when I've been leaving the Yahoo Finance homepage up all day, you're constantly streaming video to my PC and day-by-day eating against my ISP's bandwidth cap. Yes, even on a desktop PC visiting with a web browser.

I really do like the video content, but I just can't afford how much bandwidth you're eating. The easy solution would be an autoplay off/on, but if you have another solution that solves the bandwidth problem, that's fine too.

    Thanks!

Related, I submitted a new request for chart indicators/comparisons which either contain % advances / % declines / 52-week highs / 52-week lows or some ratio between matching pairs for the major markets (SP500, DJIA, etc). These are extremely useful for determining overall market trend.

Believe it or not, you can do this yourself!
Add the Awesome Oscillator to the chart.
Now add a Moving Average to the chart.
Set the period to taste on your Moving Average, but change the Field to awesome_hist
Click save, and you've got a moving average line overlay on top of your Awesome Oscillator histogram.
    Enjoy!
