New version sucks- and apparently only way to communicate with your customer service department is to pay for a monthly access fee. You will be losing my business. You have time to fix this though as it takes 4x as long now to sift through my mail versus before your poorly designed, not asked for refreshed version.
I prefer my old version back, as I did not ask for the new version. The new version is NOT user friendly. The new version is NOT wanted by me, or it sounds like, by a lot of people.
