1. I have problem for about week with adding attachment to my e-mail and send it. It is constantly saying " our technicians are working on it.

   My husband has a Yahoo acct. Can I be placed on his email address. He has a mobile phone with a dead battery, but I do not, which makes it impossible to get my own account.
