Ok this is a great idea. The fact that Yahoo directs you to some idiotic support article knowledgebase is a big reason why Yahoo is dying and users fled from your service. Quit doing a ****** job with basic things like this and maybe "Failure" won't be the only category Yahoo is #1 in.
