    Let me determine which webpage sites I want to keep. I like the background page, just put the dots back on next to the circles to left click on; I can dismiss the Icon circle site if I don't want it. You see, if I left clicked the circle to dismiss it, I would not be able to; it would just go directly to the webpage that I don't want.
