Once again I aske before switching to Gmail, PLEASE for the hundreds if not thousands of people including myself that have asked to switch back to the "Normal classic email" , just do it. I am all about change when it is for the better, but working with engineers, we have found that change is NOT ALWAYS THE BEST CHOICE and this is one of those. I saw that the old classic way has been deleted from Yahoo so we can't be switched back and I am sorry and not trying to be rude as so many others have been, but I simply don't believe that at all. You can't tell me that you don't have access to reverse whatever you have done to really mess our email up. In fact mine was changed a month or so ago and the day after I signed up for a Gmail account, my Yahoo email was switched back to the normal way, so I have continued using it until now. I tried to respond to two emails last night and my eyes hurt so bad from the small print that I just sent them both a message telling them that I hate the new way and won't be writing unless it is either switched back or we will go to using Gmail. Doesn't it matter to you what your users prefer? I would think with all the negative feedback and I'm sure it's hit the social media by now, you would want to turn all that around and make your users happy again. Thank you if you will please consider this. If not, thank you for the good yrs. I used your service and I will move on to using Gmail.

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE give up and realize that you have made a terrible mistake in changing Yahoo Classic Email and just change it back to the way it was so we can continue enjoying using it. The way it is is totally unacceptable . For us older people with bad eyes and no way to change the size of the print makes me not want to use it at all. I have been with Yahoo for many, many yrs. and was never so unhappy as I am now. PLEASE change it back! Thank you.

I am open to changes for improvements, but the changes you have made to Yahoo email is definitely no improvement at all. In fact it is so bad that I don't even open most of my emails now and just delete them right from my phone so I don't have to deal with it. What would make you change it so that we can't even choose a font size, have to manually enter each email address and to attach anything is a big pain. Please look at all of the people asking you to change it back and consider that since we choose to use your services for our email, it should be our choice whether we want to switch to this horrible new way or keep the original classic like we are so used to. I know if I have to deal with it much longer I am going to switch to a different email server than Yahoo. Thank you and I hope you will consider changing back and realizing this new way of emailing isn't working for your users!

All I can say is "I HATE THE EMAIL CHANGE ON YOUR BASIC SERVICE"! I mean, there isn't even a way to make my writing a different size and the way you have it, it is so small that I can barely see it to print an email reply. They way to download my pictures is horrible as well. I feel it should be your users choice if they want to keep things the way they are running smoothly or switch to such bad choice on your part. I guess it's time to start using a different email provider and that upsets me since I am 65 yrs. old and always used Yahoo basic email.
Common sense should tell you that with all of us that have complained about your new email should make you want to care enough about keeping your customers that you would realize this isn't working and change it back to the way classic was before you tried to improve it and all you did was really mess it up. Who ever heard of email with no choice of font size, no bold button, no auto address book like we can remember all the addresses we were use to having just pop up automatically for us for so may years, just to name a few of the things you have messed up on us. The attachment is terrible to use as well. I can see that you haven't checked the feedback since April and here it June, so I'm sure no one at Yahoo will have the courtesy to take time to read our complaints and requests to change back. I am sorry for all the people that wrote rude messages, however if you look at it from our end, I think you would be rude too. I have set up a new email account, but still keep checking back to Yahoo in hopes you have come to your senses and changed it back so myself and so many others could enjoy using it again. Thank you.
