    For leagues using the FAAD/FAB Waiver system, look into adding a feature that allows the Commissioner to set a minimum starting bid of at least $1 for Free Agents. If you made this option adjustable that would be even better (ESPN offer this).

    This will disallow $0 or FREE free agent acquisitions.

    ESPN and Fleaflicker currently offer this feature.
