    ALL my very important emails have disappeared suddenly! YAHOO! states that the email account has NOT been accessed in 5 years. This of course is NOT TRUE, and as I have checked my email account multiple times a year, including changing passwords frequently, and check to "update" information on the YAHOO! EMAIL ACCOUNT (per YAHOO! ). As a matter of fact...I was just in my email account just prior to EVERYTHING DISAPPEARING to change my password (again) at the request of YAHOO! MAIL at sign-on, and to "verify" an additional "recovery email account' "if I am ever inadvertently unable to sign in" or "forget a password"! I have had this YAHOO! EMAIL account for over 10 years, and this is the first time I have experienced anything like this...EVER! I requested that my emails be restored (twice)...thru YAHOO! "none person, automated request system for RESTORATION OF EMAILS" (there now is NO LIVE PERSON TO HELP YOU, but you can "PURCHASE $$$ HELP" if your emails SUDDENLY DISAPPEAR!...or if NOT PAYING, you can receive repeat generic automated reply back with "NO FURTHER HELP". PLEASE RESTORE THE EMAILS THAT YOU (YAHOO! MAIL) decided to deleted, as it gives the appearance that my emails have DISAPPEARED at the hands of YAHOO! MAIL, so I can then PAY$$$ you to get them restored, by "purchasing an email account with personal help or $$purchase$$ help from a (live) YAHOO! MAIL employee." For the first time "ever", I feel UNSAFE using YAHOO EMAIL as you never know when they would just DELETE YOUR EMAILS with an excuse that "you haven't accessed your emails in 5 years (NOT TRUE!). I see that other YAHOO! EMAIL users, who have been with YAHOO! EMAIL for years, are also experiencing the exact same dilemma.
