    The idea is self-explanatory.

    ACKNOWLEDGE that, as so much of your customer Feedback states, YOU PROMISE MUCH, but deliver MARGINAL benefit for DOUBLE the COST of Competitor Service THAT ACTUALLY DELIVERS what is Promised.

    MUCH TOO EXPENSIVE FOR THE POOR & MARGINAL Benefit.
