  2. #fantasysports API returning persistent 403/401 on roster endpoint since July 24

    I'm the developer of a registered Fantasy Sports API application (Client ID: dj0yJmk9TmtQaVFTZE16NVNEJmQ9WVdrOVJWZDFZMGcwY1c0bWNHbzlNQT09JnM9Y29uc3VtZXJzZWNyZXQmc3Y9MCZ4PTYw). Since July 24, 2026, roster requests (GET /fantasy/v2/team/{team_key}/roster) have been intermittently, then consistently, returning 403 Forbidden (occasionally 401). As of July 28 this is happening on essentially every request, across all 3 linked accounts and all teams.

    This isn't a stale token issue. My logs show a completely fresh access token, issued moments earlier via a successful oauth2/get_token refresh grant (200 OK), being immediately rejected by the roster endpoint. Request volume is very low (roughly 200-250 requests/day across 3 users), well below anything that should trigger rate…

  3. Why did you change the old version of Yahoo when it didn't need a change from its format?

    It would be nice if there was a choice to go to the old version and STAY WITH THE OLD VERSION THAT DIDN'T NEED CHANGING!!!

    • Request ID: 5g9krchl6h5iu (from this test — traceable on their end)
    • Confirmed: fresh OAuth token via full re-consent, correct scope requested, "Fantasy Sports - Read" permission checked and saved, yet still rejected; a different Yahoo API (openid/userinfo) correctly accepts the same token and returns a normal scope-mismatch error, not a blanket rejection — ruling out a token problem.

  5. Return to BASIC YAHOO again

    If you decide the new look and feel of Yahoo Mail isn't for you, you may be able to switch back to the basic Yahoo Mail for desktop. If you don't see an option to go back to the old Yahoo Mail, it's no longer available for your account.

  7. Fantasy Sports API access – app returns 403 “not authorized”

    Hi, I registered an app on the Yahoo Developer Network called LineScout Fantasy (app ID OEvvp61v) with the Fantasy Sports – Read permission. OAuth sign-in works and the token is issued with the fspt-r scope, but every Fantasy API call (for example /fantasy/v2/users;uselogin=1/games;gamecodes=nfl/leagues) returns 403 “This application is not authorized to perform this action.”

    The app only reads the signed-in user’s own leagues and rosters to give them lineup suggestions. Could you please enable Fantasy Sports API access for this app, or tell me what review step is needed? #fantasysports

  8. This new look is terrible, bring back the classic look!

    Folders are hidden automatically and I can't change that, new messages are harder to see since the bold does not stand out as well as it used to against read messages, and wasted space on the right side of the screen with starred messages I don't need to reference all the time is quite annoying. Please bring back a look similar to classic.

    Once you have many filters, it becomes very hard to keep track of them

    Allow them to be filtered by
    - Destination Folder
    - Name
    - Associated email address
    - etc.

  17. Provide drag and drop for filters

    Using the arrows for moving filters does not work when you have many filters. Since we are allowed up to 500 filters, you could have to click hundreds of times to move an item up or down the list.

    I am a senior. This. new format is too harsh on my eyes. Please offer the option of switching back to the old version . I don't know why you eliminated it. BTW- I pay for Yahoo Mail Plus. I will switch all my emails to gmail if I can't get the old version back.

    This is clunky and hard to use. I want just my unread mails, and your interface included sent mails with no option to isolate just incoming mail. Change it back!

    Who designed this fricking New Yahoo Mail, a child with a Crayola? It's stupid, it's fckn ugly, and a **** poor look for a company that's been around for a long time...I've had an account for 25 years, and put up with a few changes, but this is *, AND DISGUSTING, and Yahoo users, the many that there are (just check Reddit to see just how many are *** off) This is unacceptable and looks like the bottom of a toilet!
