#fantasysports API returning persistent 403/401 on roster endpoint since July 24
I'm the developer of a registered Fantasy Sports API application (Client ID: dj0yJmk9TmtQaVFTZE16NVNEJmQ9WVdrOVJWZDFZMGcwY1c0bWNHbzlNQT09JnM9Y29uc3VtZXJzZWNyZXQmc3Y9MCZ4PTYw). Since July 24, 2026, roster requests (GET /fantasy/v2/team/{team_key}/roster) have been intermittently, then consistently, returning 403 Forbidden (occasionally 401). As of July 28 this is happening on essentially every request, across all 3 linked accounts and all teams.
This isn't a stale token issue. My logs show a completely fresh access token, issued moments earlier via a successful oauth2/get_token refresh grant (200 OK), being immediately rejected by the roster endpoint. Request volume is very low (roughly 200-250 requests/day across 3 users), well below anything that should trigger rate…

Why did you change the old version of Yahoo when it didn't need a change from its format?
It would be nice if there was a choice to go to the old version and STAY WITH THE OLD VERSION THAT DIDN'T NEED CHANGING!!!

Fantasy API error

- Confirmed: fresh OAuth token via full re-consent, correct scope requested, "Fantasy Sports - Read" permission checked and saved, yet still rejected; a different Yahoo API (openid/userinfo) correctly accepts the same token and returns a normal scope-mismatch error, not a blanket rejection — ruling out a token problem.

Return to BASIC YAHOO again
If you decide the new look and feel of Yahoo Mail isn't for you, you may be able to switch back to the basic Yahoo Mail for desktop. If you don't see an option to go back to the old Yahoo Mail, it's no longer available for your account.

Provide setting to permanently keep the right box collapsed
I don't start messages or use the calendar. It is just taking up space and preventing me from seeing more of the email subject.

Allow for searching filters
Once you have many filters, it becomes very hard to keep track of them
Allow them to be filtered by
- Destination Folder
- Name
- Associated email address

Provide different views for number of items displayed in email list
Allow for a compressed view that shows more items in the list.

Provide drag and drop for filters
Using the arrows for moving filters does not work when you have many filters. Since we are allowed up to 500 filters, you could have to click hundreds of times to move an item up or down the list.

Please switch back to the old format
I am a senior. This. new format is too harsh on my eyes. Please offer the option of switching back to the old version . I don't know why you eliminated it. BTW- I pay for Yahoo Mail Plus. I will switch all my emails to gmail if I can't get the old version back.

This is clunky and hard to use. I want just my unread mails, and your interface included sent mails with no option to isolate just incoming mail. Change it back!

Who designed this fricking New Yahoo Mail, a child with a Crayola? Your "original" app was user friendly for me. Your more recent changes were confusing and limiting. Reading a new message required digital gymnastics to see a full page. I am the developer of a Yahoo app (App ID: Ui70cQAv) that uses the Yahoo Fantasy Sports API with OAuth 2.0.
OAuth is working correctly — my app completes the authorization flow, the token exchange returns HTTP 200, and I hold valid access and refresh tokens. However, every call to the Fantasy Sports API is rejected with HTTP 403.
