  1. when getting directions to multiple locations, I would like the ability to find the best route to take, in the most logical order.

    When I am searching for multiple places to go, allow me to insert them, and the map to decide the quickest route to take.

    I think it would be helpful to search for a particular freeway exit. Like if I typed in "interstate 90 washington exit 47".

  5. Give us a way to contact you! Stop making me jump through hoops to end up in the SAME EXACT PLACE I STARTED IN. YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!

    My business listing is incorrect. After jumping through a million hoops and reading small print I was finally able to get to a page that let me update my FREE listing instead of paying you guys ridiculous sums of money to do it for me. That was well over a month ago and it's still not updated. I can't even get into my account because it says it's still in the update process. What is so hard about updating an address?

    Relabel the Exits 4A and 4B.

  7. do not find very friendly to salespeople

    Have used Streets and Trips....Discontinued.....Classic Google Maps.......being discontinued.....the advantage to google was that something say Health Food Stores could be searched for and each store that claimed to sell Health Food was visible as a red dot to be highlighted for more information. Now this idea that we have to have this big banner down the left side of the page with each store numbered is crazy. Just give me the raw data of where these places are on the map and I will find them, the rest is dangerous to us on the road.

    Tulsa, OK is not highlighted on the map by name, instead you display 'Broken Arrow' a suburb of Tulsa. Tulsa is nearly equivalent to Oklahoma City, OK, and should be named on your maps.

  13. PowerSynced and my business info still wrong

    I have signed up two months ago with Infogroup/Yext and my yahoo listing is "Power synced" with these affiliates, yet yahoo isnt making these edits.

    You would think since yahoo third-parties with yext, it wouldnt take half a year to update information.
