I Suggest "Big Time" that there should ALWAYS be a option where you leave a comment, once the comment has been posted to be able to go in and Edit that comment(spelling errors/sentences, various reasons, as well as maybe the person has decided it was the wrong thing to leave for a comment and might want to delete it. rather than just "hide" the comment it should be a must that people have the option to Delete the comment, or Edit the comment, and that option is not avalible
