US news
US news should provide US news. The first twelve stories should not be Reuters foreign news or stories about cricket. Foreign news goes in the foreign news category.

Here we are 2 years and several months later and nothing will (has) change(d).Still the "U.S" news is more world oriented.I think we're being given this useless opportunity to vent,merely so they can show that someone actually pays attention the their drivel.

Yahoo canada news is almost always about Ontario and Quebec .... how about the rest of the country for a change?
Oh and turning off comments on articles is censorship...if people dont have the right to speak their minds then maybe dont post inflammatory topics

The US news is full of foreign news. If it says "US" it should be for US news.

Please click on U S News on your Yahoo News site. We click on that tab expecting to find only news from the United States, maybe Canada and Mexico but definitely not the rest of the world. Count the stories. One time 2/3 of the stories were from other continents. Please limit the US News stores to the United States, or at least limit the stories to North America. Isn't that what US News implies?

What's the point of having a "US" news category if it includes articles from/about other countries that are unrelated to US events?

If you're going to have a "US" section in Yahoo News, please eliminate the non-US stories that are currently seen in that category. Your News Home features stories from around the world, and it is consternating that those stories are still found in the section supposedly reserved for news relating to the United States.
