    TERRIBLE new format - it's VERY SLOW. Please give us Classic again because this isn't even worth using...

    I HATE the NEW Yahoo email format (PERIOD). Please explain how I can get back to the my OLD (more appealing) format.

    The instructions they give us do not work:

    Switch back to classic mail

    1 Go to your Yahoo Mail account.
    2 Click the Settings icon Image of the Settings icon. at the top-right of https://mail.yahoo.com (not the icon on this help page).
    3 Click Switch back to classic Mail at the bottom of the window.
    4 From the "Tell us why you want to leave" drop down menu, select a reason.
    In the provided field, enter additional comments.
    5 Click Switch back to classic Mail (only clickable if you do steps 3 and 4).

    There is NO 'Switch back to Classic' to click on!

    The option to go back to the old email style is not available for me to select.

    I hate the new email look. The old one was perfect.. why fix it if it ain't broke? I want the old format back STAT!

    there is no "switch back" at the bottom of the "Settings" - I WANT MY OLD FORMAT BACK PLEASE!

    I have a difficult time seeing and the old format was easier for me to read

    I am having to move all my contacts to gmail too. This is THE WORST. Impossible to manage contacts!
