    WTF? For years, I've been satisfied with my classic Yahoo Mail. Now that I'm over 70, I can't even read this new format. Is this some kind of ploy against older users. I think there's a law against discriminating against folks because of their handicaps and age. You really should be ashamed of yourselves. My son would call you scumbags. Bill Hegerich Sr.

    How do I get my old format back? I went to settings, but there is no longer an option there to allow me to switch back.
    I would like someone to get back to me as soon as possible.
    And I would also like Yahoo to stop switching my email format without my knowledge or permission.

    You have nothing to do so you change things around. "HATE" this new look. Give me back the classic look and find something else to do with your free time.

    i followed the directions to switch back to old format but there is actually no option to click on to switch back. Very frustrating especially since I HATE the new format.

    i totally agree! it wasnt broke. dont need to fix it. and you can keep your updat now remiders,as well. good grief,yahoo, what IS the matter with you?

    I cannot get files to download with the new mail version. Please change back-new mail is not usable. classic mail was the best email available.

    I have avoided accepting the new email format because I do not like it. I would like to have the classic format back.

    Please let me have classic or old or whatever the format was before the change. I am not a child, I do not need a cartoon environment. Even if a change is forced, at least make sure it works. I would ask for your money back on whomever coded this change.

    New format is terribly slow. Better leave to the people to decide what format want, than just to change it without their approve.

    No thanks, I want classic and you did it without my consent. I don't want a vote I want you to switch it back to classic ASAP.
