I understand your frustration - me, too. I liked the new to be able to drop photos, but I preferred the old format, visually.
So until today, I switched back and forth. We no longer have that option, and what's worse is that obviously no one reads our comments or cares. That is depressing. About ready after many years to let go of Yahoo. FEEDBACK is a joke. -

If my E-mail is going to FORCIBLY change to a format I do NOT know. I will CHANGE MY E-MAIL TO SOMEONE ELSE!!!! Might as well go to a competitor who will NOT FORCE ME TO CHANGE FORMATS!!! THIS IS B.S.!!!

Yes please give the option to use the classic email again. I don't like constant changing of what works (seems to be the theme of the world these days) and want to keep what I know and that works for me. So Classic Option back please. - Jimmy-

I have to add my feedback to Yahoo to bring back the original version of email. I know people in charge think they need to keep updating what they have, but remember Coca cola did this and almost lost their cola business to the competition. Lets not let this happen Yahoo and bring back the format that everyone knows and likes.

I had Yahoo Mail Plus (plus not pro). I've had it for a very long time. Now I have some type of new email. I asked how to go back to my previous version of email and it showed click on settings and at the bottom click on switch back. There was nothing at the bottom of setting that showed that. How do I get back to my Mail Plus?

I agree with all previous comments. I feel like Yahoo mail is holding on by a thread and the only thing keeping me here was familiarity. If I can't have that, I will join the rest of the world and just get a gmail account... I understand the IT costs associated with running two versions of the same platform, but what you are doing is polishing the silver on the Titanic. No... you're turning off the headlamp and barreling toward the iceberg. These poor decisions will be your downfall...

Bring back the original format. The one we MUTUALLY AGREED to. No one agreed to this garbage. A complete waste of time and money. Whatever you spent on this should have been given to charity. At least then you could say the money spent was worthwhile.
